Job Description / Duties
• Process creation-development and improvement studies
• Project team assignments and intra-team coordination
• Preliminary work in line with the project demands and sharing with the relevant departments
• Preparation of project general cost analyzes
• Entering the cost analysis into the corporate communication (CRM system) according to the project details
• Ensuring coordination between other units and the project department
• Budget improvement and entry of up-to-date cost analysis into the system for projects with critical sales prices.
• Organizing a project kick-off meeting with the project team
• Preparing and sharing the cash flow scenario
• Evaluation and approval of prototype requests
• Creating the project completion report and sharing it with the management
• Evaluation and approval of work programs
• Evaluation and approval of conceptual and detailed designs
• Evaluation and approval of project documentation studies
• Evaluation and approval of quality inventories
• Evaluation and approval of prototype-demo-final part requests
• Evaluation and approval of final designs

• Method statement (work instructions) evaluation and validation
• Conducting and approving supplier progress checks
General Qualifications
• Graduated from Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer departments of universities
• Having experience in design team leadership and project management
• At least 10 years of experience in machine design and assembly
• Experienced in special machine design
• Experienced in mobile systems, cranes, wheeled and bearing systems, conveyor designs, special machine designs
• Able to use Autocad, SAP200, Ms Project, Tekla Structures, Solidworks CAD and MS Office actively
• Will be able to make static and dynamic predictions and control and direct the analyzes made.
• Able to design mobile systems
• Having knowledge of the production techniques of the designed parts
• Experienced in molded manufacturing methods
• Experienced in project documentation (manufacturing drawing, assembly manual, technical specification, etc.)
• Knowledge of engine, gear, power transmission and electrical/electronic relations and components
• Preferably with experience in machining and CNC machining centers
• Experienced in Automation, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
• Mechanical design experience
• Able to design mobile systems
• Preferably fluent in English
• Preferably residing / able to reside on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul

• Creating original design works with the brief received from the marketing department within the scope of brand and visual communication.
• Preparation of creative visual/video content studies suitable for weekly and monthly content planning for social media
• Sharing the content on social media channels
• Designing digital advertisements, e-mail newsletters and company presentations
• Catalogs, brochures, printed documents, promotions, etc. Supporting the preparation of traditional marketing materials such as
• Execution of the printing works and follow-up of the works done
• Website product images, banners, etc. support the preparation
• Keeping website images up-to-date, making changes periodically
• Ensuring communication with suppliers and third parties
• Creating short promotional films by shooting videos about our products
• Preparation of creative alternative designs in the field of in-house visual communication
