Mechanical Calculations and Static Analysis with 3D CAD Glass and RFEM:
Mechanical calculations and static analysis are extremely important in mechanical system design. The durability, stability, and robustness performances of the mechanical systems we design are calculated using 3D CAD Cam and RFEM software. By simulating the system behaviors with these calculations, the risks that may be encountered in the installation of the system are minimized before the system is built yet. Thus, it is ensured that the system meets the safety and efficiency requirements that it will need in its final state, according to the principle of minimum maintenance and failure.
Partial-Size Prototypes and Making Specific Scales in the Fabrication Environment:
Partial dimensional working prototypes are made to test and improve the functionality of the system and the user experience. To see the part relations of some mechanical systems or to confirm whether the system is working, a certain scale of mock-up products is made in the factory environment, existing errors are corrected, and the correct application method is revealed.
